PROS: The staff are courteous, there is a receptionist present 24/7 for any need or concern. A guard is on site for safety. The location is close to everything. The place is clean. There are enough kitchen wares & dining wares for a couple. Water supply is strong. There is hot water for the ahower. Fridge is big enough. AC is fully functional. There is enough supplies if needed such as toilet paper etc. The price is reasonable.

Apartment was accessible to the convention center and mall. Room was clean, I was provided with a complimentary bottled water, dental kit and pair of room slippers, though blanket was a thin sheet of fabric. Fridge and stovetop were available for use as well. Guards were helpful and attentive. Much appreciated having my luggage carried by the guard up to my unit. (No elevator)

Everyone is nice ,helpful and kind specially the guard in the day is very friendly..The room is clean.

For the low price you get a little bit of everything and enough to stay awhile without having to constantly dine out for meals. Moreover, it is very close to town so you can walk a short bit to just about anywhere if you desire.

I like the location, staff., and the security people. Everything was good. it was easy to check in. The room service was great!!! Also, doing brownout, there was a generator to get power restored quickly. Thank you

Location was excellent, close to walking street and other eating locations. Bed was very comfortable, dining area was small, but adequate.

Location was awesome, near from sm. I had Mt.pinatubo tour , they had to pick us up at mall, so was good.choice to stay there.

The security 24/24, the kept my extra luggage while I went on a 3 days tour, the readiness of the service, it S my 3d time here and I M going back again.
